G.E.R.T. Ministry responds to the disasters of the SE MI and NW OH tornadoes. We were blessed to serve God by loving and serving others in thier time of need. We were blessed with many opportunities to lift the victims in prayer, help with the clean up of debris, search for personal belongings, traffic control, unite with the Untied way and help with the volunteer efforts, and bring relief to other volunteers with the Red Cross. Praise you God for your divine opportunity to be your hands and feet, to shine Your love and compassion to hurting people in need of a touch from You.

"Random Acts of Kindness"

We were blessed by many opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jeus on this day. We started our day with breakfeast at Cherrt St. Missions in Toledo. We then went to the Humane society in Monroe Mi and cleaned out cages for them. Then we headed off to Aspen Grove living assistance and brought many smiles with 50 yellow ballons for the residents and also participated in crafts with them. We then went to Arbor Nursing home in Toledo, also bringing 50 yellow ballons whee smile and hugs were countless joys. Then we joined them in playing bingo. Lastly we headed for Welch WV where we took suppplies to a family that lost thier home to a devestating fire. What a blessing to be used by God, all glory, honour and praise goes to Him for the blessings that were recieved.
